Muong Thanh Grand Cua Lo Hotel

This hotel is fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and accommodating. The rooms had a beautiful view and we're well appointed and comfortable. I want to give a special shout out to Dien. She was our waitress for dinner and breakfast and she was the most attentive and kind and smiling waitress I have ever had. Management needs to recognize her for her efforts. Having said that I would like to make some suggestions to make the stay here even better: 1) hire somebody who can speak English. Thank goodness for Google Translate because I don't know what we would've done if we did not have the stool. This is a huge hotel chain that claims to have 60 properties in Vietnam but there was not one person here who can speak English and that makes it very uncomfortable. 2) we had a couple of encounters with dirty silverware, dirty plates, and the morning orange juice container that had watermelon seeds floating in it. 3) clean the carpets in the bedrooms. The comfortable chair had stains on it and there were several stains in the carpet. It is my responsibility to let you know that there are a few things that can be improved although the overall experience was fantastic .

Location is excellent. Staffs are nice and polite. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Room is spacious with beautiful ocean views.

The view is fantastic. I can see the sea and mountain and the city through the window.
